Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Allison Love Coaching website, services, content, or booking systems (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

Services Provided

Allison Love Coaching provides life coaching, well-being coaching, educational content, and personal development services.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in coaching services unless written parental or legal guardian consent is provided.

Client Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after coaching sessions

  • Coaching outcomes depend on your personal effort, commitment, and follow-through

  • Coaching does not guarantee specific results

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential except in the following circumstances:

  • If disclosure is required by law

  • If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

  • If abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly, or vulnerable person is disclosed

Payments and Fees

  • Payment is required prior to the start of any coaching session or program unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Prices are subject to change at any time

  • All fees are listed in U.S. dollars

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing

  • No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed services

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, worksheets, and coaching materials—is the intellectual property of Allison Love Coaching and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or systems

  • Copy or misuse content for commercial purposes

Limitation of Liability
